Notes About The Poem

If I could keep time, I'd lock it away, In a fragile glass vessel, where memories stay. The moments we shared, the laughter, the tears, Preserved in the stillness of infinite years.

Ode of the Lifeless

An empty hourglass lies broken.
No sleep descends on me at all.
Thoughts are cruel, endless river.
My eyes are wide, like open moons.
Each clock tick is a distant noise.
The world outside is still sleeping.
I yearn to fall from consciousness.
