Oddly Thankful
I miss you in ways
I often can’t say
Because I don’t have the right
To miss you that way
I have to be happy
With time that I get
It’s a deal I’ve accepted
Not ideal but yet
I adore every minute
I get to just chat
To see you, to hear you,
I am thankful for that
