October Sun

Make a milestone involving 1700 miles from the Sacramento Valley to Mid-Western USA. Build a memory with mountain highs, beautiful scenery, sunshine, and blue skies every single day. We did not understand why there were starless skies, but we welcomed the scattered clouds, and fog-free fresh clean air. A few days of 'getaway' from the west coast, away from worries and free of cares. "Let there be fun and noise", said the football fans, as we raised our voices in the stands. By noon, the October sun was beaming on all 70,000 of us, as the wind and rain turned and ran. October sun will soon be gone, giving way to winter. But this is about 'the now'. We went from 26.89 feet above sea level to the Great Divide measuring 7,130 feet above sea level. From the Pacific Ocean to the Great Divide, rivers run west to the sea. On the eastern side of the Great Divide we reached our destination at 910 feet above sea level where rivers run east as they beat a path to the Atlantic. How amazing and majestic is God's creation. Live video of such scenery from above must be one overwhelming sight, in the light of the October sun. 102419PoSoupContest, October Sun, Line Gauthier
