October Moon, Sun and Sky

To a Mother of Pearl Moon, brilliant disc at twilight
And peeking through satin clouds at dusk
Taking the place of setting burnt-orange Sun perfection
The giver of life replaced by the finder of love.

And peeking through satin clouds at dusk
Bright twinkling stars in a velvety sky
The giver of life replaced by the finder of love
Long black eyelashes blink through a Sea of blue eyes.

Bright twinkling stars in a velvety sky
Taking the place of setting burnt-orange Sun perfection
Long black eyelashes blink through a Sea of blue eyes
To a Mother of Pearl Moon, brilliant disc at twilight.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed New Year.
