Line of inquiry “joy, empathy, compassion on an upward arc an effervescence eternal causes bliss ignition to start” Love warms as a cozy fire, with dancing flames that mesmerize- evoking heartfelt thoughts to rise Love grows as a blooming plant with stems that reach out to the light- uplifting all within its sight Love glows as a sunlit ray that brightens all touched by its glow- and fading clouds that hide below Love swirls as a boundless brook rolling around each stone and curve- endlessly on its path to serve Love soothes gently as rippling waves that kiss the sand beneath the sun- sparked by the moon when day is done Love bathes in hope every day presents fresh ways for it to dwell- in soul and heart to heal them well Love survives the upward climb to reach that prized spiritual goal- when paths of soul and heart are whole Life cements the gift of love received and shown in many ways- a gift of God, a gift we praise
