A letter came from Jim 
I’d better go to him
 
I’ll buy a rowing boat,
then try to stay afloat!
 
Must cross the ocean quick-
Oh toss! I get sea sick

I miss my dear sweetheart
No kiss since we're apart

This a sweet write in a difficult form, Jan, and it looks like you were inspired by a great song. Richard Marx was very popular when I was in high school...I've been trying to come up with something for this contest all day. If the lines were 8 syllables instead of 6, it would be easier to get that internal rhyme. Maybe if I listen to Richard a little more, I'll be inspired. lol :) Rhonda
