Ocean Wind

Poet: Ken Jordan
Poem:  Ocean Wind
Edited by: Sparkle Jordan

Ocean wind,
      tell me,
Why did she
      have to go?

I must have
      been,
waiting
     for
the rain
      to fall,
before the storm -

But
       rain
never came,
       only the storm -

The
       woman
 I loved
      was gone -

Father,
        If I could
embrace
        her soul
again,
        as though
we never
        parted;

In love again,
        and
she
        back
in my arm's -
