Ocean Dreams

The bright radiant sun hits me thru
the oddly shaped clouds
Hot crystal like sand beneath my feet.
The soft touch of the ocean's breeze,
glad we could meet.

The waves crash ashore- mother natures
band.
I feel free as the angry tide tugs at
my hand.
Into the ocean I go
Swim against the tide
Let the waves take you for a midnight ride
Swim towards the moon
Yeah, I'll make it if I try
As I listen to the ocean cry.

Love the new found inspiration of poets I have been reading today. Glad to see your poetry among them Danny. May the sun always shine down upon you and continue to bring inspiration to your soul. Love, Carol

I think this is a quite marvelous poem that takes me to your time and place... but.. starting off in bright sunshine and ending by the moons rays.. mmm, a long day indeed.. but i do like a lot about this.. "mother natures band" is excellent and so is stanza two line two.. if i am missing something please say.. enjoyed a lot cheers.
