Ocean

I find peace there in her gentle lapping waves.

I find strength in her power and tireless churning.

I find life there, her children the gull and the whale.

Her salty waters rinse clean my soul and invigorate my spirit.

Her sands scrub the dirt from my feet.

She makes it unnoticable that they have traveled so many miles.

Her presence touches my soul in a place too deep to fathom.

When I am weary I turn to her and she is always there.
