Obsessions

Outward appearances can be deceiving
But guesses are you are very revealing
Simple gestures seem to be wasted on you
Even compassion and care are taken askew
So you vilify and harass like no other
Supremely convinced and poised to smother
Irrational and illogical you flounce about
Only to cause misery with each breath out
Never forget and do not ever be deceived
Some day some how comeuppance will be achieved

Thank you, Dr. Ram Mehta. My goal is to try to get through each style of poetry. Acrostic has been the easiest so far.
