Oblivion

Born on the eves of yesterday
I feel the weight of the world on my shoulder
I look to the past
and I do see my elders
urging me forward to my destiny
as I emerge from nature
I feel the strength of ten elephants
surging within me
the bones of the past
are the ash of the future
for I am neither
I live between worlds
on the edge of oblivion
