Obedience Lessons

In the morning, my dog, I'd greet.
I trained him politely to "Have a seat",
never bluntly blurting, "Sit!",
but, I wonder, as I think of it,
why did I withhold his doggie treat,
and why did he choose me to eat?

Very good ending, 'Master.' How did you taste going down the dog's gullet? lol.
