Oasis of Tears

Silver full moon you shine in silk night sky I soar on wings of cloud, try to reach you, feathers of my desire get winds to fly in the moondust flashing in your light’s hue. You crossed seamless dark sky that I called mine, turquoise furrow you made in me you knew. I could discern my love glow in your shine, how to preserve the gleam I had no clue. Lone night departs calling the black clouds in, the gloom of dense shadow spreads in desert. Dust storm blows in parched mind my life hasn’t seen, grains of dry sand collapse, break dunes of heart. Melting clouds fill my oasis with tears, where I search for my love I've lost for years.
