O' the Depth

O' the depth of all the riches in the glory that I see
Both of the wisdom and the knowledge that is manifest in Thee
How I tremble in the presence of Thy power and Thy grace
As Thy brilliant Light of Truth now radiates upon my face

Silent wonder, in amazement, lest I perish in my sin
Bowed down before Jehovah's throne, Whom searches deep within
Woe is me that I am man! Thou art God alone
For mine eyes have seen the glory that Thy sovereignty hath shown

Decreed from all eternity, Thy secret counsel sealed
Election of Thy holy saints, til Christ as King revealed
