O Save Me

From mind that seeks cosy ease, O save me, From all such mental disease, O save me. Easy toeing the tasks that seldom tax, From ease that causes no crease, O save me. When right, O to feel I alone am right, From lifelong of such false breeze, O save me. To miss mine and teach all duty their own, To tee from such awkward tees, O save me. When searching oasis, way lost in sands, From pleading stiff heart, loose knees, O save me. ___________________________________________ Ghazal |05.09.2023|
