O How Sweet It Isn'T
O How Sweet It Isn’t
Sweet little lies!
You are forever locked in your curse of ‘the caste’.
Get real; you’ll never be number one or ever reach the top.
You are too short, too tall, too fat, too skinny. Don’t even try.
Wrong color, wrong country, wrong side of town. Just give it up.
Keep to your self, because life isn’t fair; and no one can be trusted.
Sweet little lies!!
Can’t sing, dance, jump high, or run fast. Practice wont help you.
Give it all you’ve got, but you’ll never make it no matter what you do.
Your competitor won because he/she was a lucky guy/girl. Sweet little lie.
You were told you are inferior, but you did not believe it because it’s a lie.
Employment rate is too high; you’ll never get the position. Sweet little lie.
Sweet little lies!!!
Many are such lies that are told
O how sweet to the sound of liars
O how bitter and hurtful to the hearers
