Nursery Rhyme
Little kitty prowling at night
What is your nemesis inside
Chasing the little brown mice
Scaring them to death time after time.
They scamper waking fluffy puppy
Who chases evading orange kitty
Who scratches and runs from chasing
Waking the sleeping red haired lady
She chases the puppy so fluffy and white
How did he get out this time
His cage was locked and in the den
Was it faulty that he breaks it in
There is a racket that wakes the bird
Who has a habit of repeating word
Where did he go he screeched again
With words so bold he woke the man.
There stands the man looking amused
Watching them all running like fools
He catches the mice put them in a pet cage
You see the boy had let them escape.
The lady gets the puppy
Much to relief of the cat
Who is so very lucky
The puppy is fat
And didn't catch the furry orange cat
But had fun chasing all the night black.
So the cat is let outside
The fluffy puppy is in cage tonight
The lady and man back to bed this time
All is well and all said goodnight.
