Now Sit She Says

Now sit she  says, beside the window pain                                                                               And watch the dancing of the rain                                                                                                       As evening falls in shadowed light                                                                                                    And listen to the sound of night                                                                                                        And dream here now a dream with me                                                                                                                                                       And see here now this heart in me                                                                                                                       That trembles so expectantly                                                                                                          To be some part of thee
