Now and Then

Now

Laughing with the moon
singing to the stars
lifting of a spirit
Embraced hearts
Love sent out on waves
pretty white dress maid
happy is the freedom
thought made
Gentleness is felt
returned in leagues adored
reality is a healer
I am born

————————

and
Then

Screaming from the walls
teetering eyed the sky
sitting numbered night
Cried hearts
Raging at the world
tearing at the page
fury of the white sage
roared fires
Black dog growls at feet
wants be paid in meat
ghostly canine form
sloths slave

 Now and then finds peace
