November, December

November, December
The coals are burning bright
Remember that ember
A beacon in the night

Frosty blue
A tranquil hue
From crystal sky to sea
The colors true
In drops of dew
That glitter endlessly

November, December
Remember what I’ve said
For none shall freeze
You heart like these
Warm spirits fallen dead.
