In this pitch black forest
With only the full moon to light your way
You stop
And silence

A Silence so profound
You can hear the tear roll down your cheek
The utter solitude you feel at this moment

Crashing you at all sides
It slows your breathing
Til you barely breathe at all

A wind picks up
Rustles your hair
Impending feeling of being alone
And finally feel.....

There's something very horrifying with this write. Ah it caught me like anything:) Loved to read it. Great imagery in between. Love, Chitra

I love the tension and suspense that travels through this piece. Great stuff.
