Nothingness.

Stillness permeates soulfully
Beyond all
Far past wherever falling
Tears dissolve
Still it rains soft warming
Summer showers
The wave of quiet assaults
Deep into my eyes
Lingering about invisibly
Stilled shadows
Endless in it’s own creation
Breathless words
It conquers entirely and departs
Returned momentarily
It perplexes thought ardently
Foggy eyes insight
Shattering of difference beheld
Tunnel vision
Casting painful silent light
Constant burning
Unyielding beast it loiters about
Lingering…

…Silence
