Nothing Right
I cant do anything right to you, but I still cannot let go of you
Why do you make me feel this way?
Unlike all the others I’ve known,
I cannot turn my back on you,
If you would tell me what to do to make it right it would be done.
And I know as soon as I see you next,
It will seem like it never happened,
But inside I am anticipating something which has never happened to me,
The feeling of being loved by someone that matters to me,
Who’s name is forever engrained in my mind.
This is unlike anything I have ever felt,
This is nothing I have ever encountered.
Just please give me a sign you still care for me,
And I will not ever give up the courage to fight,
I just need to know if you will never talk to me again,
Or if this is something that must happen to arrive to what I crave most,
A place in your heart…
