Nothing New To See Or Be Here 4
If we we're in fact to know
Ahead of time what is to come
and we're we go
Where and what we
can and should expect
What exactly would be the point of that
And why on earth would we choose to
even carry on at all
Because a life devoid without the
possibility or prospect of unexpected
suprise and jeopardy
Never knowing what lie's around the
next corner or is to come at any point
or given moment
To me is a far worse fate to contemplate
and fear
Than death itself and the afterlife has
to offer
As to me the only difference would be
Better off rather to be dead
Than to be both dead yet still alive
simultaneously at the same time
With no hope or possibility of parole
playing out groundhog day perpetually
With nothing new to see and no more room
in your closet left to fill
As every space is taken up with been there
done that got enough t-shirts to last me
for this lifetime until the next
