Nothing Matters

Peace silence the dead of night
Hidden tucked away kept up out of sight
The calm before this soul so overtaken by fright
Becomes the one who cant dream never seeing what is right

Nights chill still trying to sink deep
Down your spine you feel doom slowly as it creeps
Knowing its approach near impossible to sleep
Sanity the thing desperately we try to keep

Things arent quite what they had always seemed
Friend and foe only after thier own cream
Wondering why even at first is clearly thier own dream
Its how we're disconnected theres no me left up in team

Needin to provide and survive this neverending chapter
No advice all you hear is mocking laughter
centered on themselves and only what theyre after
The conflict bouncin in my soul oh the endless clatter
