Nothing Lasts Forever
As you
go about
your journey
on this planet
you come
across things
you think
are permanent,
will last forever
But nothing does!
Everything fades away,
disintegrates into
the convalescent
extremities of the
duration of survival.
Great empires
are gone.
Life is short.
That's just
the way
it goes.
