Nothing Is Left

The brain is never at peace,
The heart is never at rest;
The soul wanders to every corner,
The man walks,
He is dead.
For he has no love,
And nothing is left.

This is a poem straight out of a scared straight movie. It has to either be lived, or you have to have a phenomenal imagination to pen it. I am assuming Karley that your imagination is wonderful!

This poem has a fantastic rhythm, but is deeply felt.
