Nothing Can Dim the Light Which Shines From Within
No matter what the world may bring
No matter how the winds may sting
There is a light that burns within
A flame that never will rescind
It shines so bright, it fills the air
A beacon to guide those in despair
It sparkles like a diamond in the night
A luminescence, oh so bright
It cannot be dimmed by fear or pain
It cannot be snuffed by doubts or shame
For it's a part of who we are
A radiant beauty, like a star
It's there for us when we're afraid
To light a path when we've lost our way
It's always present, always true
A reminder that we are too
So don't let the darkness cloud your view
Don't let the storms persuade you
For nothing can dim the light that's inside
It will always, always, always abide.
