Not Without You

I would drive a million miles
To see you just for once
I'm still waiting for the second time
It's been a real while

Today eight months ago
I saw you first and last
Time has passed so very slow
And really really fast

I thought you'd keep your word
And never let me go
But I guess most promises
Are given just for show

If I ever get back to
The city where I met you
This time I'd make it better
And not leave without you
