Not the Way I See It

These times has become so crazy it makes my head just swirl
All I can think about is what’s happening to our little world
The kids I’m at a lost for words what more can I say
They’re suppose to be the future but look at them today
Our politicians are just selfish and so overwhelmed with greed
Turning their backs on us but taking all that they ever need
Trying to turn to the church only to find it’s become a disgrace
When walking into the place of worship seems as entered a marketplace
We now have same sex marriages, well to each his own
Cause it’s a hell of a lots of stuff going on that I just cannot atone
Racism is at an all time high and we’re foolish to think that it’s changed
It hasn’t gone into remission it just goes by a different name
Are you looking out there do you see the same thing that I see
Or am I seeing things wrong and this is how things are suppose to be
