Not Strong Enough

No matter how much I loved you,
No matter how much I tried,
To keep you happy,
To keep myself happy,
In our "relationship",
You didn't put in the effort.
You never gave your all,
The way I did for you.
You were never "strong enough,
To be my man".
To love me like I loved you...
Now you lost your chance,
You had the opportunity,
To fight for my love,
To be my knight in shining armor.
But you failed,
And now, you are not enough,
You have no hope,
Of ever gaining my love.
My heart is no longer your prize.
You never had the courage,
You were never strong enough...
