Not So Snowy Day

Hi Doris, It sounds like you all there are getting hit hard with the weather. It's going to get below zero here tonight. I swear I can predict the weather better than the forecasters can! The Weather Channel cracks me up (especially storm tracker Jim Cantore who stands on beaches during hurricanes to demonstrate the force of the winds as his hairpiece flies off). They have a 50/50 chance of getting their forecast right most of the time, but still are more often wrong. We had snow in Ormond Beach, FL yesterday. Where are you that you are blessed with a balmy 21 degrees. It hit 17 degrees in Jacksonville, FL last night! Much love, Carolyn

Yes, winter has also its grip on my new place Zittau. Today it is snowing the whole time, but luckily no blizzard so far as weather forecasts predicted. There will be much more snow tomorrow. Less traffic on the roads so it seems that many people stay at home. It is not so cold, however. Thank you for your warm comments...Gert

You'll never get accurate weather on some weather channel TV show. Here's my method for dealing with the weather; I simply look out my window. Nice piece Doris. Sorry your boy couldn't play in the snow. Best Wishes Always, Bill
