Not Ready For Retirement Obviously
Jumping through no hoops today
Not meeting anyone else’s clock
Stubbornly doing whatever I want
And nothing else
Perhaps retirement is like this?
But ….
I would miss my people.
I am not ready.
Yes, I like this but if there is one thing
I have learned from sheltering in place
It is much more difficult to entertain thyself
When you are not around people
Doing crazy stuff
And I am not ready to give that up.
Not yet anyway.
