Not Just Another Love Poem

Love is discovered in so many ways
Different kinds we share today
For love is near, not far away
Have you discovered your love today?

Every time a mother gazes at her new born baby
Love is discovered in another way
A mother’s love does not change
It only grows as her child changes

A Father’s pride is how he shows his love
Love is discovered in another way
A father’s love is always shone through pride
In the works his children have done

When a child gets a pet
Love is discovered in another way
A child’s love is unchanged
Tears fall when the pet finally goes away

As we grow and as we change
Love is discovered in new ways
Be you a husband, father, mother, or wife
Love is sure to follow you all of you life
