Not Here

She is gone far far away.
Too far to even touch.
All my effort has gone to waste.
Now, all i can do is sit back and watch

my days go by in eager depression.
Just waiting for Her to come back.
Days, weeks, months go by in regression.
Still trying to get my life back on track,

Knowing that when You're back, again,
In my life, there will be reason to smile
and that happiness and joy, i will regain
You mean everything to me plus a mile.

Without You, every second feels like a year,
And it hurts so bad to know that You're not here.
