Not Gods Plan
Who are we? Do we know?
Lost in time as we climb
Through history to make our mark in this life.
We pretend that we are the masters of our fate
When all along inside we are terrified.
Clinging to a piece of understanding
Of the why's, the what, and the who.
And sometimes we make some sense of our reality
In the sublime existence for instance.
Will we ever find some piece of mind?
I kind of doubt that we'll work things out
In time to save ourselves from ourselves.
We were given Paradise and yet we kill and destroy
This planet called Earth, our Mother, our Home.
And most are selfish to think we are all alone
In a universe with trillions of suns still thinking
We are the only ones.
I am writing this to help you understand
The way we have gone was not God's Plan.
So listen to my words, I speak from my heart.
I cannot do this all alone.
I am just one soul.
You need to make a decision
And understand the difference
about God and religion.
Right and wrong
Left and right
Dark and light.
