Not Bad

She Closes her eyes. But she still hears the voices. They talk to her. Their trying to confuse her.
But she won't be confuse. i'm not in love she shouts to the clouds. I will scream it out loud. I will
let everyone know. This girl doesn't fall in love. That's just something she avoids. Pain. She
avoids pain. She dulls it with a strong shot of novacane. She is convinced that she will never be
drenched in this feeling. But secretly. Its creeping up and she doesn't know how to protect
herself. The walls are slowly sliding down. She tries to fight it as best she knows how. But she's
losing. His words are consuming her. So she closes her eyes and tries to deprive her body of
this wonderful light. She perfers the darkness. It's too bad because this girl has no idea what
she's missing. She has no idea how bad she needs to experience it. Whenever he's around
she's looks in disgust as if his lips are posion but secretly if she could have her way she would
taste them. She's afraid. Organizing her life just so she can stay away from this feeling. But he's
like a stalker. Every where she hides he suddently appears. The girl has no where else to run.
But yet she still tries. Her heart is beating so fast. She wants this sense of security to last. But
slowly but surely she's feeling opened. She's peeling. The feeling is winning. The girl hides
behind her many books. She doesn't want anyone to know that's she's changing. One weird day
as her head is deep in a book the guy taps her on the shoulder. When she looks up her face is
filled with shock. He leans down and kisses away all her worries and love fully consumes her.
After the kiss she looks at guy and says not bad. He thought she meant the kiss. But she meant
love.
