Nostalgia
So, is it good or bad?
Excessive is sad!
For Senior Citizens or Tiny-Tots
The emotions are lots!
To be happy and controlled
One must let the thoughts be paroled
By the sweet and peaceful joy;
Pure thankfulness with no alloy.
Nostalgic gratitude is seeing the "gold,"
Letting fantasy go can make one bold.
So focus on all the positive,
Not letting time's fire be a sieve
But just let it purify.
Add appreciation, even if you cry,
The tears are of healing Love
And help us look Above.
Smile and let Nostalgia carry away stress
Burdens and regrets of today's mess!
