To me, it is absolutely amazing how pregnant women innately seem to know what food contains the nourishment their child needs even when, like sauerkraut ice cream, it isn't on the market! Someone should write a book about it! Aloha! Rico

Hippocrates did not know everything, that is for sure. Thanks for the nod, Rico. Although I eat healthy, I allow myself organic popcorn or other healthy snacks from time to time. Man cannot live by vegetables alone. heeehee

It depends on what kind of diet you're on. My husband loves salty food but he has high blood pressure so salt is a no no. A good write Rico. God Bless, JB

Food need only be nutritious, but Americans insist it must also be tasty. An egg is naturally nutritious, but most Americans won't eat one until it has been transformed into a chemical bomb with salt/pepper/catsup, etc. It takes time for bodies to adjust to chemicals, preservatives, et al.
