Nocturnal Fragrance

In these evening hours, Where the heart seems to fall, I wish my thoughts can be uplifted; And my mind away from sore. Inside the evening darkness, Only a star is bright up there, Makes my soul rejoice in wonder; And my hope a burning flame. Where are you the one I’m waiting? Where are dreams that I can’t reach? My time seems to break in pieces, And my being seems too hard to ease. Nocturnal fragrance, Scent of love and night, In the stroll of dreams and wonders; I am one that waits on line.
