Noche Buena On Christmas Eve
Noche Buena…a feast arrayed
On Christmas Eve , when we all praise
The grandeur of Nativity,
Rekindling a blest season’s rite.
On Christmas Eve, when we all praise
Dear Jesus’ hymn as church bells toll…
And neighbors drop by for cheers
With million lights gracing the skies.
The grandeur of Nativity
Drapes our table… candles aflame
Offering wishes of kin’s love,
As scents of homemade treats waft on.
Rekindling a blest season’s rite ,
We dash for ham, pinch the lechon
Till arms gather under a star,
Where dreams are blown in a manger!
