Nobody Knows
What is waiting when you die
do you live on as a soul
Will your life be forgotten
is it an endless dream
or an endless nightmare
is it heaven
or is it hell
Are you there at all
nobody knows
people can't rise from the dead to tell me
or do they
is there no afterlife
Could you just be dead
maybe we should get it over with
or maybe live life to the fullest
we don't know, what we should do
is this hell already
are we already dead
will we be born again
or are we just gone
And there was nothing to dread
nobody knows
