Nobody Knows

While we live we excite
We move and we think
Sometimes fast
Sometimes slow
Sometimes hard
Sometimes barely
To do any it takes energy
So what about when people die?
Nobody knows

No more energy is used
So where does it hide?
A question that makes everybody think
You may ask, why?
The accepted theory is
'Energy cannot be created or destroyed'
So where does it go?
No body knows

This theory brings everyone to discuss
Maybe you can explain with science
Is the answer is religious
Where does it go?
Absorbed or contained
In science many debate
Heaven-Hell, the next realm, maybe rebirth
Different religions just can't decide
Neither side seems to know
Where does it(we) go?
Nobody knows

'Energy cannot be created or destroyed'
It seems accepted by both science and religion
Science the known rule of thermodynamics
Most religions believe the soul cannot die
Neither side can agree within their own community
Why bother debating science and religion
We just won't know until it becomes a personal reality
Until then, nobody knows
