Nobody Asked Me

“ NOBODY ASKED ME “

NOBODY ASKED ME BUT I WAS THERE
 I WONDER DID ANYBODY CARE
 WITHOUT A VOICE I DIDN’T HAVE A CHANCE
WOULD NEVER GO TO SCHOOL OR LEARN TO DANCE
I WAS IN THE ROOM BUT I COULDN’T TALK
WOULD NEVER WEAR SHOES OR EVEN LEARN TO WALK
I WAS THERE WHEN SHE DECIDED MY FATE
DOCTOR WAS ON TIME I WAS HOPING HE’D BE LATE
I WAS STILL INSIDE ON THE TABLE ALONE
THE NEXT MOMENT MY LIFE WAS GONE
I HAVE NO FUTURE NOTHING TO SEE
IF THERE WAS A CHOICE NOBODY ASKED ME
