Noah's Ark

There was a man named Noah
Who the Lord found favour
He told Noah to build an ark
Many said he had gone crazy
He spends all day at this park
Living out their days being lazy
God said bring your family in
There are few of you who hate sin
Two of each living animals shall come
For they do not like what this has become
The rain came for forty days
Noah was glad that he would pray
For he knew these guest had over welcomed their stay
For his ark was the only thing to remain
After the water flooded to remove the stains
To start over with a new beginning
That Jesus might come for soul winning

Noah lived without sin. So God chose him to save all living beings from total damnation during the 40 day flood by building an ark. Though many laughed at him, Noah obeyed and while many perished, Noah survived. Those who obey God shall live. Great btblical story beautifully summed up!

Noah is important in Biblival history, he followed Gods orders. While others thought they knew better and were more holy, That flood lasted a long time! The man of many colored coats was Joseph….as far as I know. Glad you write of things that are so very meaningful, Stephen, and are significant! With appreciation, Pangie

Hi Stephen, I liked this poem about Noah. I was just wondering about the coat part. I also thought that was Joseph with his coat of many colors? If this was intentional, please forgive..Nancy

No I probably should have left the coat part out, I was looking for a rhyme I will look to fix it , I do better just writing what God puts on me instead of trying to use some of my foolish mind : )
