No Way Out

Emptiness ~ My mind creates 
My heart will feel
Stuck ~   In my nightmare
 AWAKE ~  Just awake
 Drowning
Sorrow covers 
My LIFELESS body
Without a soul ~ AWAKE
  In my nightmare
With no sign of ESCAPE
Just left ~ AWAKE
  Fate? Or…
Just ~ AWAKE
Watchful eyes ~ Stare
Fake
  Lifeless body
Make no mistake 
My ~ Nightmare
 Eyes clear, fully
 Awake and aware
  A malign spirit ~ Suffocate
Confined and restricted…
Left ~ AWAKE
A state of complete
  Disorder and Confusion…
Stuck ~  In my own  
   Illusion
