no tomorrow
All the things left unsaid,
the dreams of unfulfilled life,
hang heavy on my head,
there once a dream, a hope, a joy
that was all destroyed by the words a young 'unknowing' boy,
I had the confidence of mighty roar,
kept behind a cage of desolation forever more,
his words of cruelty cut like a knife,
I wish I hadn't listened,
maybe I'd still be alive,
no I am not gone,
I live on still,
in a body that full of hatred,
and life that seems dismal,
i wait for end,
where the voice of that boy may fade away,
'you're ugly' he said,
I still haven't lifted up my head to this very day.
