No Time For Goodbye

One moment
One action
All the things that can happen

One word
One lie
A tear glistens in my eye

You leave
No trace
A smile fading from my face

Your gone
No goodbye
I can’t hold it back
I have to cry

Time has passed
You’ve disappeared
I can still hear your voice in my ear

I remember your smell
I can feel your touch
Goddamnit why do I miss you so much

What once was good
Now in the past
A memory I hoped would last

You have changed
You once were shy
Now you have a mean look in your eye

Never did i think,
It would hurt this much,
My heart is still tightly in your clutch

Never again will you be mine
I wonder if you miss me too
Because you lied when you said “i love you”
