No State Is Permanent

My good friend is going through his little nigthmare
Those relationships and in them what are we?
His frozen face in skype with pointless stare.
How do I want to help him cope with it, be

More secure, comforted, give him easy solace.
Tried my best but it's indeed his tough journey.
I offer kind words of truth and soft embrace.
I'm no God's send nor I'm Devil's attorney.

When I'm living my personal inside hell
There is nothing else to do but keep going.
Trying to make it through it. Years later, well,
Good thing it would make conversation flowing.

One good time of a hell was in September.
One phrase I still recall, dwell on and repeat.
It is "No state is permanent", remember?
So find that answer in your soul's caveat.
