No Reason To Be Sad

There is no reason for me to be sad

Coz Christ is with me, He's my heavenly Dad

When I think of Him it makes me glad

Coz He gave up His life for the undeserving and bad

I was once like them having friendship with the world

But in a moment, like a swirl

Christ changed me and made me His

Now day and night all I want to do is this,

To please my Saviour and to live for Him

Rather than being gloomy and grim

Coz I was paid for with a price

It was my Lord and Saviour's life

Because He went through all this shame and pain

I can believe on Him and be born again

Now I'm saved from the power of hell

So it's my duty to share the Gospel.

To tell everyone about His amazing love

Coz He came down and left His glory above

So that He could save sinners like you and me

All this is true, it isn’t a story
